Expert Consultations - Our highly trained staff will walk you through a process to determine your needs. This process starts by scheduling a time to visit our showroom and view all of our products in full backlit life size displays.  We cant really do this in the home.  Most of our customers feel the showroom to be a big time saver because they are now able to visualize how the product is going to look and feel in their home. Once we have determined your needs we can then schedule a time to visit your home to measure the windows and pick out colors.

Coordination Within a Room - We realize that you may have more needs than just window coverings.  As a result of this we have teamed up with a group of seasoned, experienced, talented Interior Designers that understand our commitment to customer service.  These designers have been hand picked and can help you with everything from color consultation, furniture selection, space planning, lighting and accessories all the way to a complete kitchen or bath remodel.  Our on staff designers have been instrumental in helping us to offer more services that our clients have asked us for.  Now we can coordinate the window treatments with the rest of your home.  For more information about our Interior Design Service and hourly rates please view the Interior Design section of our website.
 
Our warranty - Our lifetime in home service warranty is one of the best parts of our service and one of the biggest differentiators between us and our competition.  Our warranty goes above and beyond the limited lifetime service warranty set forth by Hunter Douglas.  Should you have any problems with mechanisms, cords breaking or anything else for that matter we will send one of our service techs out to fix and or remedy the situation at no charge to you.  This warranty extends to the original purchaser for as long as the purchaser owns the home.  This warranty includes normal wear and tear but does not include customer abuse.
